Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower. ~Albert Camus

Fall is for Flowers!

It’s only the first weekend after labor day, the unofficial end of summer… but this year our brides are not wasting anytime and diving into fall with both feet. The beautiful varietals and textures we will be working with range from antique hydrangea in rich mauve and burgundy to shades of muted greens, jewel toned dahlia’s and brilliant red hanging amaranthus, pomegranates, cherries and hypericum berry to name a few.

Working with different textures and varietals is by far our favorite past time and this weekend, incorporating fresh fruit to both the centerpieces as well as the bridal party, will be no exception! Though special care and attention is needed, if you are planning on a harvest wedding ask your floral designer [hopefully it is us] if they can introduce an interesting eatable… be it fruit or veggie. This is sure to heighten the interest of guest and attendant alike.

Pictures are sure to follow as this weekend is bursting with fall weddings.

All the best-
